1. Introduction
This privacy policy explains how the FIThim app, developed by ISTACK DEVELOPMENT, handles information when you use it on your iPhone.
FIThim is built to be privacy-first: it does not require an account, does not run its own servers, and does not collect analytics or usage data. If you have any questions, contact us at madalin@istack.ro.
2. Data stored on your device
Everything FIThim needs to work is stored locally, in the app's own sandboxed storage on your iPhone, and never leaves your device:
- Your onboarding answers (goal, body measurements, activity level, target areas)
- Your workout plan, workout history and exercise progress
- Your water intake and weight log
- App preferences, such as whether onboarding is complete or notification settings
None of this is transmitted to us or to any third party. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
3. Data processed by third parties
Only if you purchase FIThim Pro:
- Apple App Store — processes all payments. We never see your card or billing details. See Apple's privacy policy.
- RevenueCat — the subscription management service we use to unlock Pro features. It may process an anonymous device identifier and your purchase history to manage access to Pro. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
If you never subscribe to FIThim Pro, no data is shared with anyone — the entire free experience runs without any network request.
4. What we do NOT collect
- No account — we never ask for your name, email or any identifying information
- No location tracking
- No cookies or advertising trackers
- No analytics, crash reporting or usage tracking of any kind
- We never sell or share data with third parties for advertising
5. In-app purchases
FIThim Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual), processed exclusively through the Apple App Store and managed with RevenueCat. We do not store any payment information on our own servers — because we do not operate any servers.
You can restore your purchase at any time from the Profile screen, on any device signed in with the same Apple ID, and manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple ID account settings.
6. Data security
Your data stays on your device, protected by iOS's own security mechanisms (encryption, app sandboxing). We never transmit it to any external server, because FIThim has none.
7. Sending feedback
The "Send Feedback" option in the app opens your iPhone's own mail composer addressed to us. The email is sent directly from your mail app to our inbox — it does not pass through any server or SDK of ours, and nothing is collected unless you choose to send that email yourself.
8. Children's privacy
FIThim is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Since the app collects no personal information from anyone at all, there is no data to request the deletion of — but if you have concerns, contact us and we'll help however we can.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any meaningful change will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
10. Your rights
You can:
- Delete all your local data by uninstalling the app
- Ask RevenueCat about any data it holds, at their contact address
- Contact Apple for anything related to purchases and your Apple ID
